The Client
Olgani Naturals was born from a deeply personal journey. Founder Olga Niemkiewicz was diagnosed with periodontal disease and made a decision most people wouldn’t — she refused the conventional chemical route and set out to heal herself using only natural remedies.
Over two decades later, Olgani is 100% natural, fluoride-free, and good enough to eat. They were the first South African brand to put probiotics into toothpaste and the first to use activated charcoal in oral care.
Their philosophy is simple and unshakable: the mouth is the gateway to the body.
The Challenge
When Olgani came to Mail Masters SA, they had a product worth talking about — and almost no way of talking about it.
Their email list had 216 contacts. Only 56 were active. There were no welcome flows, no abandoned cart sequences, no nurture strategy, and no organic growth plan. The only emails going out were transactional Mailchimp sends.
On social media, the brand had a presence — but it relied on paid boosts just to get seen. Over R1,000 a month was going toward reach that disappeared the moment the budget did.
